The Scanner/Parser module writes the file <input-file>.out which will be referred to as <project> in the rest of this documentation. This file contains the symbol table, the parse tree and the dependence list for user defined dependences (if any) in this order. For many of the other LooPo modules this file is used for input.
All these files are placed in the directory /tmp/loopo<pid>, where <pid> is the process id of LooPo. We shall call this folder <temp_dir>. Sometimes we need to refer to the installation directory of LooPo as <LooPoDir>.
